All tires are checked visually and with air before listing and before shipped out . Tires can be return back for a refund or replacement within fourteen days. To return tires for replacement or refund , buyer must contact us , buyer must return tire or tires back to us at buyers own  expense , buyer must pay all shipping costs including shipping tire or tires to and from us , its buyers choice to either receive a refund or replacement tire or tires. Refund or replacement will not be issued if tire had been driven on by a buyer. Speed Cameras in Newcastle switched off Speed cameras – certainly many of them – are nothing more than tax generators. But if you live, or travel, in Newcastle, then speed cameras have contributed virtually nothing – they’ve all been switched off for up to four years. Newcastle has a total of fourteen speed cameras, but to save money the local council has had them all switched off for the last two years, and some of them haven’t worked for four years in a secret, money-saving exercise.
