Brand new, with instrutions and hardware.  100% Acrylic, washable.  Box says,"Fit most bucket seats, High or low back.  Stretch Fabric,  Form Fits Seats.  This cover not only feels warm and soft in the winter, but it keeps you from burning your self in the summer heat as well.  I have pictured the box, but to save you several dollars in shipping, I have taken it out of the box and will ship in an envelope.  (If you want the box let me know and I will adjust the shipping to reflect the extra weight) This is one seat cover, not a pair.

The new BMW 5-series being launched this winter is likely to be the next BMW to receive the ActiveHybrid system pioneered on the petrol-electric 7-series and X6 models. BMW engineers admit they can't rely on sales of the pricey hybrid 7-series and X6 to justify the development costs, even though these range-topping halo hybrids were jointly developed with Daimler and GM. Senior sources have indicated that the new 2010 5-series will be the next BMW to get an ActiveHybrid model.
