Orange -L 6 Speed shift knob with adapter for your non-threaded shifter! 2-1/8" Diameter Knob. This kit allows the use of most any of our shift knobs on most non-threaded shifters. Aluminum adapter has a 5/8" inside diameter, 1-1/4" deep, with adapters to fit 3/8", 1/2" and 9/16" diameters. Attaches with 3 set screws. Confirm your shifter fitment. Fits many factory manual non-threaded shifters and many other non-threaded manual or automatic shifters. Perfect for stock floor shifters that do not have threads and for column shifters, too. Also, perfect for other uses like machinery levers and control knobs. Available with black or polished adapter in separate listings. Maserati has released photos of their new coupe, the GranTurismo, in advance of its unveiling at Geneva next week. Designed by Pininfarina, the sketches also circulating were by Jason Castriota who penned the Maserati Birdcage concept shown in Geneva in 2005, before it turned heads at the Goodwood Festival of Speed that year. There is affinity between the two designs, and a more aggressive look than the current car designed by ItalDesign.

Koenigsegg to celebrate 100th car with special model

Koenigsegg, Swedish makers of stunning supercars, are planning a very special model to celebrate their 100th car. Christian Von Koenigsegg founded his eponymous supercar company back in 1994, but it took until 2002 for the first customer car to be delivered. That first car was the Koenigsegg CC8 (a development of Christian’s original CC prototype) which featured bespoke everything – from chassis to suspension and brakes – but utilised a Ford 4.7 litre V8.
