This is a 1920's Hudson Super Six. It has an aluminum cowl and doors, and the rest is steel. The frame and engine are in good rebuildable condition. The running boards have rusted out some but most of what you see is just surface rust. Dash is good. Big straight 6 motor. I have a second engine and transmission for this car in another auction so make sure to check those out too. Great speedster project or full restoration. These cars are hard to come by these days and are getting extremely rare so make sure to get this one here! McLaren 12C Spider gets topless, goes sideways
Thu, 12 Jul 2012McLaren has released a glossy launch video to accompany the release of the new 12C Spider supercar. It looks as if the boys and girls from Woking are determined to destroy the reputation for anodyne, 'boring' supercars at McLaren, given that the 12C Spider spends most of its time going very sideways in this clip. Then again, given the 12C Spider's hardware, it's not hard to see why it's such a lairy beast when off the leash.
Ford trucks pulling it to the next level
Wed, 05 Mar 2014With the heavy-duty truck segment heating up, Ford is breaking out some tough new vehicles and an upgraded 6.7-liter diesel engine. The second-generation 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 turbo diesel packs a manufacturer estimated 440 hp with 860 lb-ft of torque. This is a gain of 40 hp and 60 lb-ft over the first-gen 6.7 oil burner.
Chris Bock tapped as new chief judge for Pebble Beach concours
