This auction is for a driver's side vent window and frame out of a 1967 Mustang.  The vent window is in great shape, but the window frame has a broken tab.  I don't know if it can be repaired, but more power to you if it can be.

The chrome has some typical pitting, but everything is in good shape considering the age.  I also have the window channel, but it is not picture here.  Up to the bidder if they want it included or not (I will charge extra for shipping if that is desired due to the large size box required).

Thanks for bidding!

Smart forstars concept

Fri, 14 Sep 2012

The Smart forstars concept is set to be unveiled the week after next at the Paris motor show. Clearly related to the For-Us concept seen at NAIAS in Detroit earlier this year, the grammatically-challenged Sports Utility Coupé concept, measures in at 3,550mm long, 1,710mm wide and 1,505mm high. It shares the same ‘smiley' front face as the For-Us, complete with rhombic front lamps which stand proud of the surface and a pixellated grille opening.

Lexus GS from SEMA. The Lexus GS-F won't be so OTT You’ll forgive us for the less than assertive headline, we hope. Because we’ve been hearing from lots of places – our sources and the sources of others – that Lexus are going to endow its GS with a serious amount of V8 grunt (actually, the last report we ran was that Lexus were giving the GS a V10) to take on the uber-exec expresses from the Germans (and the XFR) and create a Lexus GS-F.

Ford plans to introduce two-cylinder and three-cylinder engines

Tue, 15 Sep 2009

Ford Motor Co. will introduce its smallest turbocharged engine yet next year, and on the horizon are even tinier engines--including two- and three-cylinder versions, the automaker's powertrain chief said Monday. Barb Samardzich, Ford vice president of powertrain engineering, said two- and three-cylinder engines and engines with displacements of 1.0 liter or below are possible.
