Shipping and Terms of Sale:

SHIPPING IS AS CLOSE TO ACTUAL COST AS POSSIBLE. I USE EXACT/ESTIMATED WEIGHTS AND EBAY GIVES YOU THE COST FOR THAT WEIGHT. I DO NOT OVERCHARGE. I LOSE MONEY ON SHIPPING DUE TO EBAY/PAYPAL FEES ON THE SHIPPING CHARGE.

If you choose the standard/economy shipping rate(in some cases "free shipping") which is the cheapest option listed, it will most likely ship in a padded envelope. If you choose the priority mail option, it will most likely ship in a box but not guaranteed. If you want your item shipped in a box, choose the priority mail option and send me a message requesting it be sent in a box. I  added this because a lot of people want to take the chance with the cheap shipping. I try to accomodate the wishes and requests of all my buyers. Choose shipping wisely. I am not liable for damage during shipping. You may request item coverage or upgraded shipping anytime at your expense which will be actual shipping cost. I will help you out any way I can. Payment:

Payment required within 48 hours of auction style listings and immediately with buy it now or fixed price listings. I may send periodic payment reminders in case you forget or miss an invoice. Faster payments sometimes will recieve free shipping upgrades. I WILL ALSO TAKE POSTAL SERVICE M. O. OR CASH ON LOCAL PICKUP. YOU MUST EMAIL ME WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS TO ARRANGE PAYMENT OR PICKUP. Echecks and checks must clear before item is shipped which could take up to 3 weeks. thank you.

********After 72 hours without payment, I will be forced to file a complaint with Ebay. This causes loss of time and money to me so I will make sure you get a complaint recorded on your permanent ebay profile if you do not pay. These complaints may reduce your ability to use ebay and possible suspension from ebay. RETURNS:

Some items may be returned if stated in the auction. Other items are not returnable. Shipping and return shipping is NOT refundable. You must contact me prior to any return. All returns regardless of reason will have a 35% restocking fee charged on the final value of the item not including shipping. I am not a business and cant afford the cost of returns just because you made a mistake in buying or decided you don't want the item. I have to pay ebay and paypal fees and listing fees. This restocking fee covers that. All items must be verified by serial number, distinct marks noted before shipping, or invisible ink marks made by me on the items. If the returned item does not match the item sent, NO refund will be issued. If the returned item is not received back by me in the EXACT SAME condition as sent, NO refund will be issued. Items opened and used by you are not returnable. Once verified, refunds will be sent asap through paypal only, excluding the 35% fee and shipping which is not refundable. Thank you.
