I am an honest businessman, I put my name address and phone number on every auction since I joined Ebay in 1997, I have been that accessible since 1980 when I opened as a retail business,
Ebay now requires me to add the following statement before my contact information. It has taken me over 100 hours to add it to all my items. They will not tell me why it needs to be added. However, I think that an honest business should have an accessible way to be contacted by mail, phone, email or a knock on the door :-) They feel they must protect someone by having me say

Dacia prepares for its UK market D-Day

Thu, 03 May 2012

Renault may have halved its UK product range and taken a profit tumble in 2011, but its budget car subsidiary Dacia has been growing strongly with its range of no-nonsense value-for-money cars. The Dacia Duster SUV has been winning plaudits for its cheap-and-cheerful blend of practicality and value, and leads the UK market launch next month. Dacia: Renault's developing market brand heads West Dacia was founded by the Romanian government in 1966, and began with license-production of the Renault 8 (Dacia 1100) and Renault 12 (Dacia 1300).

Bentley SUV (Bentley Falcon) to get completely new design – EXP 9 F scrapped

Sat, 02 Feb 2013

Car & Driver are reporting that Bentley’s new Design chief - Luc Donckerwolke – is scrapping the Bentley SUV Concept and starting again. Despite the less than friendly response to the Bentley SUV, Bentley went on to show it at both the Beijing Motor Show and Pebble Beach but made it clear that the SUV was just a concept; a work in progress. But the arrival of Luc Donckerwolke as Bentley’s Chief Designer appears to have signalled the end of the EXP 9 F concept completely, with Car and Driver reporting that Donckerwolke isn’t overseeing a tinkering with the EXP 9 F Concept, but is scrapping it altogether.

Coker unveils 1939 Indy engine rebuild at SEMA show

Tue, 05 Nov 2013

Joe Lencki built a DOHC straight six in 1939 that made an astounding (for the time) 417 hp. The engine was in cars that raced, qualified or tried to qualify at Indianapolis all the way up to 1963. It was an innovative monoblock design that, with those cam covers and cooling fins, looks even cooler now than it probably did 63 years ago.
