You are bidding on this vintage original 1974 Mercury Capri Owner's Guide manual. Part number 365-11277-A. August 1973 First printing . Booklet measures 8" x 5". 70 pages. In excellent condition. Salesman wrote Thank You, his phone number, signed name, and service contacts on inside cover. Minor soiling on cover. Inside is clean and free of fingerprints. This was from a collectors estate. He dated 4-11-1981 on first page when he acquired it. He often purchased items and set aside. Please see photos. New recalls hit 2.7 million GM vehicles, from Corvettes to Saturns
Thu, 15 May 2014General Motors is recalling 2.7 million U.S. cars and trucks for problems ranging from flawed taillamps and windshield wipers to brake problems, in an escalation of the safety crisis that has enveloped the company for months. GM said today it expects to book up to $200 million in charges in the second quarter to cover the cost of recalls during the period.
Porsche Cayenne S Diesel: The V8 diesel Cayenne arrives
Wed, 12 Sep 2012Porsche has revealed the 2013 Cayenne S Diesel with a 4.2 litre V8 diesel offering 378bhp, 626lb/ft of torque and 0-62mph in 5.7 seconds. Back in April we reported that the Porsche Cayenne S Diesel was on its way with a V8 diesel engine to take on the BMW M50d and the upcoming offerings from Land Rover with a 2014 4.4 litre Range Rover Sport seeming a likely possibility. Now Porsche has caught up and revealed the Cayenne S diesel, which gets the 4.2 litre diesel V8 with a healthy 378bhp and a very useful 626lb/ft of torque, enough to scoot the Cayenne S Diesel to 62mph in 5.7 seconds – a bit slower than the M50d, but all that torque should make it feel at least as lively.
