JAC Vision IV concept (w/ Gallery)

JAC revealed this four-door Vision IV concept at the Beijing Motor Show.  Designed by JAC's Turin-based design team, the concept showcases both a hybrid powertrain and a new A-segment chassis that houses a lithium ion battery in the center tunnel. The styling is meant to convey both a sense of 'natural electricity' and the fluid, natural strokes of Chinese calligraphy. 2013 Toyota Auris leaks

The next generation Toyota Auris (Toyota Corolla) is due to debut this year as a 2013 model, and we get the first leaked photo. We know that a replacement for the Toyota Auris is on the horizon and we’re expecting it to make a public debut (at least in Europe) at the Paris Motor Show in September before going on sale by the end of 2012. But now, thanks to a Japanese Magazine scan, we have a pretty good idea what Toyota’s new Auris/Corolla is going to look like, and it seems to be the current Auris with a dose of Lexus thrown in for good measure.

Changan Raeton

Changan is predominantly active in the small car market, but the mid-sizes Raeton is aimed at entering the official and private vehicle markets, measuring in at a length of 4,920mm, a width of 1,825mm, while the car stands at 1,500mm tall riding on a wheelbase of 2,800mm. The development was based on the automaker's CD1-platform and was completed in its Turin-based European Design Centre, under the direction of Luciano D'Ambrosio and Chen Zheng. As early as the 2009 Shanghai auto show, Changan unveiled its CD101 concept car in attempt to explore the future design of the mid-size sedan.
