very nice original 1972-89 Mercedes Red Convertible Hardtop. This could be put right on a driver car. The trim is in very good shape. Te paint is nice, but has some blotches, possibly will wet sand out. The interior is tan and is in good shape. Slightly discolored in areas but has no major rips/tears. The weatherstrips are good. Has all original glass. Shipping will likely be $300-500, pick up is available & preferred.

2012 Mercedes SL Official Photos Today we have official photos of the 2012 Mercedes SL, thanks not to Mercedes Benz, but a German car forum. Yesterday we had the first photo of the 2012 Mercedes SL after a scan of Mercedes new SL turned up on the web. We expected that leak would galvanise Mercedes-Benz to bring forward the release of official photos of the SL a bit ( we were expecting them tomorrow), but it hasn’t so far.

Motoring Research New fixed penalties for careless driving – including needlessly hogging the middle-lane of the motorway – come into force on Friday 16 August. According to the AA, almost a third of British motorists could be at risk of picking up a £100 fine and three penalty points for this under the new rules. So it has come up with some top tips for driving on the motorway, to help us all out.

Peugeot has revealed that the new 208 GTI will cost from £18,895, with the order book for the 208 GTi opening in March. That price will be £18,895 – almost £2k more than the new Fiesta ST - and includes the usual GTi stuff like 17″ alloys, new grill, LED running lights, twin exhausts, leather and cloth upholstery, red trim details, DAB, rear parking and a smattering of GTi badges. Peugeot also say that the 208 GTi has been fettled to make it a more sporty prospect than the standard 208, with retuned suspension and wider track.
