Domestic Shipping

* UPS Ground (1 to 6 business days)
* USPS Priority (1 to 4 business days)

* USPS First Class ( 2 to 5 business days) packages up to 13 oz.

* Shipping Insurance - Optional

International Shipping

*We only use Priority Mail international (with tracking number, delivery confirmation and insurance) the price to your Country is stated on the shipping tab and it is not negaotiable, will include a handling fee, tracking number and insurance. the only proof of delivery accepted by paypal.

*USPS Priority Mail International ( usually takes within 7 -10 business days) For South America and Asia some restrictions apply. Shipping delivery for these countries may take longer due to customs processes.

*Shipping Insurace – Required on item over 100.00

**Saturday & Sunday do not count as business shipping days

a. We ship UPS/USPS/Global Express with tracking numberMonday through Friday.

b. We DO ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. 
c. Your payment must be received by Noon Central Time to make our daily 1pm shipping deadline, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.

EXCEPTION: When your payment is processed as an e-check by paypal, please wait within 3 - 5 business days until your payment is cleared.

d. We DO combine shipping. Please e-mail us to give you the exact shipping amount for the items you are willing to purchase.

Note: You MUST confirm that your shipping address entered into checkout is the correct shipping address. We will ship your items using your confirmed address provided in paypal.

Shipping Price Disclosure: 

Your shipping total includes the following charges – UPS or USPS Actual Shipping Cost plus an additional fee to cover Insurance Coverage, Package Tracking, Delivery Confirmation, Email Notification, Boxes & Packing Material, Fuel Surcharges, and Labor Cost.

International buyers are responsible for ALL duty & taxes their country imposes

a. Refunds will gladly be given for returns of defective merchandise. In order to receive a refund you must constact us within 7 days of the items delivery. The product must be returned unsued and/or in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging..

b. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the items delivery.
c. You must use our Return Authorization Form with all returns and include it in your package when returning the merchandise.

d. The product is subject to final inspection before your return will be processed. We hope you understand that we must adhere to this return policy in order to keep our prices low, and to pass the savings on to our customers.
