ORIGINAL GM 1958 Cadillac Water Pump Casting # 1469500
A Lager #4 is at the end of the casting.
I don't know what that number is for.

Opposite the Casting number is 6-12
I " THINK " that is the month & day the water pump was cast????

OVERALL.....A VERY NICE CORRECT CORE TO BE REBUILT for your 1958 Cadillac restoration or as a spare to have on hand when your current water pump goes out at the last minute before a trip , enroute or returning home from that great trip.
