Original GM 7416 LS6 454 450hp Forged Steel Crankshaft Crank 20-20 Nice Jut removed from original LS6 454 because owner wants all new rotating assembly. I have original pistons and rods in another listing for sale. This crank is very nice and all the bearings from rods and mains looked like new. Crank is turned 20-20 and will stay there. Even the journals still looked polished. This is a good one. Has Chris Evans bought a McLaren F1?
Tue, 18 Sep 2012The rumour on the grapevine this morning is that Radio 2 man and Ferrari nut, Chris Evans, has traded a Ferrari to buy a McLaren F1 Chris Evans is known for many things; Radio 2 presenter, doting dad, one-time enfant terrible of TV, creator of CarFest and, perhaps most of all, the most high-profile collector of classic Ferraris in the UK. But the word on the grapevine this morning is that Chris has chopped in a Ferrari – and we don’t know which of his Ferraris – to buy one of the 64 McLaren F1 supercars in existence. If he has, and we’re digging for confirmation, then he’s obviously been listening to the advice a number of experts at the top end of the classic car world who believe the ‘next’ Ferrari 250 GTO (a car Chris owns) will be the McLaren F1.

In case you’re as confused as we were when we got the press releases, the Eterniti Artemis isn’t a new 911 Turbo based supercar from Eterniti but the new name for what was the Eterniti Hemera, the titivated Porsche Cayenne Turbo with a big price tag. Until the reveal of the production version of the Eterniti Artemis in Beijing today we didn’t know how much Eterniti would want for their pimped Cayenne, although we had speculated it would be the wrong side of £150k.
Seat Leon Cup Racer revealed
Mon, 06 May 2013Volkswagen’s Spanish daughter company, Seat, has unveiled the new Leon Cup race car. Set to get a public airing at this week’s Woethersee fan meet in Austria, the new front-wheel drive hatchback runs a heavily tuned version of parent company Audi’s EA888 turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine developing about 325 hp and 184 lb-ft of torque. In standard guise, drive is channeled through a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
