Up for auction is an Original GM Exhaust Heat Riser valve for a Corvette, El Camino, Chevelle, Nova, etc.  It has the cast "up" in the corner and the letters and numbers as follows: GL 23 - 6844.  The opening is for a 2" exhaust pipe and it has been bead blasted and coated with metal protectant so it does not flash rust.  The flapper operates perfectly and freely and this part is ready to install.  My research shows this application is correct but I'm not very familiar with GM parts so if the numbers on the arm depict a different application, please let me know and I will revise the listing.

Please call Jim at 949-370-8699 if you have any questions.

Local pick up is preferred and always free. I'm available 7 days a week. Buyer is also responsible for insurance and is highly recommended.  I will ship outside the USA but buyer will be responsible for additional shipping and insurance. Depending on the size of the item, it may be shipped by Greyhound Package Express so please ask and locate a Bus Station close to you.

PLEASE ASK ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.  PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AN OFFER OR USE THE BUY-IT-NOW UNLESS YOU ARE COMPLETELY SURE YOU WANT THE ITEM AS THESE FEATURES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR  "PAY FOR IT LATER" WHEN YOUR CHECK COMES IN OR "LET ME LOOK AT IT" AFTER I HIT THE BUTTON. I HOPE THAT CLEARS THINGS UP, IF NOT PLEASE LOOK AND BUY ELSEWHERE AS I HAVE DEALT WITH ENOUGH MENTALLY VACANT BIDDERS.

**ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS WITHOUT WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND ARE DESCRIBED TO THE BEST OF SELLERS KNOWLEDGE AS TO CONDITION AND/OR MATERIAL DEFECT.  NO RETURNS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.***

THANKS FOR LOOKING, GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS ALL.

Koenigsegg Agera R claims world speed records

Sat, 03 Sep 2011

Koenigsegg Agera R claims world speed records We are constantly amazed at what the three men in a shed in the snow in Sweden that are Koenigsegg Automotive AB can achieve. All the way from the first Koenigsegg, the CC8S,  to the very latest, the Koenigsegg Agera we got up close and personal with at Goodwood this year, and it’s bonkers big brother – the Koenigsegg Agera R. From the CC8S to the Agera R, Christian von Koenigsegg has always trod his own, very particular, path to supercar performance.

CAR Most Wanted of 2014: Mini Cooper S

Mon, 20 Jan 2014

By the CAR editorial team First Official Pictures 20 January 2014 14:00 The styling of the new Mini Cooper generated huge debate when we revealed the new hatch on CAR Online late last year. Some of you hated the bulbous, high-shouldered look, while others criticised the stylists for not moving the game on far enough next to rivals like the Citroen DS3 and Audi A1. The dust is still settling on that front, but there can be no argument over just how important the new Cooper is not just for Mini, but BMW’s future too.

Citroen DS3 at Frankfurt

Mon, 24 Aug 2009

Citroen will be bringing the new DS3 to Frankfurt The DS3 – a MINI competitor – is the first model in Citroen’s DS range, designed to be an upmarket range of cars based on their more prosaic ‘C’ siblings. We can expect to see the Citroen DS4 in 2011 and the bigger Citroen DS5 in 2012. The DS3 is based on the new Citroen C3 – which will itself only be launched in November – and is slightly larger all round than the MINI.
