VW has revealed a new five-door version of the Up to broaden the appeal of its city car range. The new five-door Up hatch will cost £397 more than the three-door Up on the Continent; UK prices have yet to be revealed, but the three-door will kick off at £7995 when sales start on 6 March 2012. Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel edition announced for 2013 release

Infiniti will offer the Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel version for 2013 delivery in a limited production run of 200 units. First released as a concept at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show in September, the Sebastian Vettel FX comes equipped with carbon-fiber aero accessories, a lowered suspension and a 5.0-liter V8 that churns out 414 hp. Pricing has not been announced, but rest assured that it will be geared toward those with no-holds-barred spending habits.

The brand heads of Buick-GMC and Chevrolet are leaving General Motors Co., continuing a management upheaval sparked by the Dec. 1 ouster of CEO Fritz Henderson. Buick-GMC head Michael Richards, who left Ford Motor Co.
