Original Luckys Shifter Knobs I made my first Shifter about 12 years ago, I had acquired a vintage St. Christopher shifter knob and i became fascinated by religious, advertising and good luck coins. I then started collecting them. Years later I had amassed quite a lot of vintage coins so then decided to re-share them with the world in a different way. Tue, 27 Jul 2010The Audi A7 Sportback Launches Finally, after much teasing and a little tormenting, Audi did the decent thing and put us out of our misery with the launch of yet another niche filler – the Audi A7 Sportback – at the Museum of Modern Art in Munich last night. Displayed in all its brown-ness, the Audi A7 looks like an oversized A5 Sportback with the nose of the new A8. In the flesh at launch it somehow seems less impressive than the concept A7; more corporate.
Toyota recalls Highlander hybrid, Lexus RX 400h
Wed, 29 Jun 2011Toyota is recalling about 82,000 hybrid vehicles in the United States to fix a flawed control board inside the powertrain. The recall covers about 45,000 Toyota Highlander hybrids and 36,700 Lexus RX 400h hybrids from the 2006 and 2007 model years. Toyota says some of the transistors on the control board might have been improperly soldered and could be damaged from large current flow during high-load driving.
