This is a LCM Lighting Control Module control module removed from a clean 97 Lincoln Town Car; a little dusty from sitting in my garage, but it worked properly prior to removal and if there are any problems with it I will accept a return.  According to my research, this fits the listed models, but please double-check your application!

I scour salvage yards as a hobby (one the wife doesn’t disapprove of as much as others!) and try to find unique items for car enthusiasts…I try very hard to find items that will please my buyers, but most of my items are not new and will show signs of use, so please understand this when deciding to purchase.  It is my policy, however, not to sell “junk” so unless an item is rare, I usually do not list overly-flawed or “used up” items.  I also do not use “stock” photos...what is pictured is exactly the item you will get.  My goal is to please the customer and help you get your Pride and Joy as nice-looking and functional as possible.

If you need anything in particular, and if it is available, I will do my best to help out. Just email me!  Please note that my shipping is usually via Priority Mail and I always add 70 cents for confirmation, as I have occasionally has a problem—rarely, but it does happen sometimes and I know your item is important to you.  I hope this explains my shipping costs.  Although eBay uses PayPal exclusively, alternate arrangements can be made if you are in need of them.

THANKS FOR LOOKING AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

Infiniti Emerg-E was a Lotus Evora 414E under the skin

Sat, 28 Apr 2012

Infiniti Emerg-E - it's a Lotus Evora under the skin The Infiniti Emerg-E from the Geneva Motor Show was actually a Lotus Evora 414E under the skin making production more likely. One of the stars of the Geneva Motor Show in March was the stunningly good looking Infiniti Emerg-E, a range-extender sports car from Nissan’s posh arm offering 402bhp from a pair of electric motors and a range-extending 1.2 litre 3-cylinder engine. We knew at Geneva that the 3-cylinder range-extender engine came from Lotus – no surprise as they’ve also supplied the same engine to Jaguar for testing in the XJ Limo Green Hybrid – but what we didn’t know (although we should have worked it out) was that under the skin the Infiniti Emerg-E was actually a Lotus Evora.

Armored Škoda Superb from SVOS has a few tricks up its sleeve

Mon, 29 Jul 2013

We've all read about armored BMW and Mercedes-Benz cars, and a few of us can even spot them in traffic, but there are plenty of armored options for slightly less flash transportation. Large German sedans make great platforms for armoring, and are one of the most popular choices in countries where there is a need for that sort of thing, but they're far from being the only sedans that can offer security-minded customers the relative peace of mind that comes with ownership of such a car. Besides, if you need to travel discreetly, a Mercedes-Benz S-class isn't always the best option -- which is why armoring companies will gladly modify less-obvious cars like the new Škoda Superb.
