This auction is for a vintage Sun Tune Up Spec Sheet. These sheets were used by mechanics to properly tune vehicles that were brought in for service. The sheet contains info including ignition timing, dwell, idle specs, idle mixture, advance curve, coil specs, starter specs, charging specs, and more. Many sheets also include important part numbers specific to each application such as carburetor, distributor, and alternator part numbers. These sheets were made for being used by shops so they are not printed on flimsy paper, it is nice card stock. This is an extremely useful spec sheet.

These sheets are not only great for when you are tuning your classic. These are also great for display purposes. Many guys frame these and put them on the wall for display. These sheets are great for shops, garages, offices, and man caves. This sheet would make a great gift for that special someone and is sure to put a smile on their face.

Owning the sheet that is for your particular car is not only a fun piece of trivia, it is also one more piece of documentation for your ride. If you ever plan to sell your car, this may be the cool addition that makes the buyer pull the trigger in committing to buy your classic.

This auction is for the following spec sheet:

1965 Rambler American 196 6 Cylinder Engine OHV Head

2012 Subaru Impreza - a bit bland We had what we thought was a taster of the 2012 Subaru Impreza back at the Los Angeles Motor Show in November when we saw the Subaru Impreza Concept. Subaru were adamant we shouldn’t read anything in to the concept, and that it wasn’t the next Impreza. But they all say that.

Range Rover Sport SVR takes on the Nurburgring – and wins (video)

Range Rover Sport SVR takes on the Nurburgring – and wins (video) We’re not sure at what point a car actually becomes a ‘production’ car, but that’s a tag Land Rover are putting on the new Range Rover Sport SVR as it takes to the Nurburgring and comes away with a time of 8 minutes 14 seconds – the fastest by a production SUV. Land Rover are keen to tell us the lap by the RRS SVR was in a standard production car, by which we assume a car that’s built to the specification announced for the Sport SVR when it arrives next year. That means the full fat 542bhp from its 5.0 litre V8 and performance that is clearly impressive, although Land Rover still hasn’t given us specific performance figures, and certainly enough - together with suspension tweaks – to make it very impressive on road.
