Vintage Original Flint Logo for the Durant Motor Corp
For sale is a Flint Logo for the Durant Motor Corp. Flint was a
Brand made by Durant Motor Corp during financial troubles in the early 20’s.
The First flint was released in 1923, and the last in 1927. The blue and white
paint is in great shape, there are a few scratches and a sizeable chip above
the F. The mounts on the back are still present, the smaller of the 2 is in
awesome shape. The center mount has rust, and I have not tried to remove, or
repair this.

Chevrolet saves sinkhole Corvettes
Fri, 14 Feb 2014CHEVROLET has taken on the job of restoring a number of classic Corvettes which were swallowed by a gaping sinkhole beneath the National Corvette Museum in Kentucky. General Motors' head of global product development, Mark Reuss, said today that the damaged vehicles are some of the most significant in motoring history. He said the company wants to restore as many of them as possible so car fans can enjoy them.
Feds look at Toyota electronics as source of accelerator defects
Tue, 02 Feb 2010The U.S. Department of Transportation is looking into whether Toyota Motor Corp.'s problems with unintended acceleration can be traced to defects in the electrical controls rather than just the mechanical problems cited by the automaker, a Transportation official said Tuesday. “We're not finished with Toyota and are continuing to review possible defects and monitor the implementation of the recalls,” Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said in a statement.
