This is a great piece for your VW collecter of unusual art. This is a hand painted 1960's 10" VW hub cap. This cap has some minor flaws but has been painted over to hide most flaws. Its design is by myself and hand painted by myself and signed on reverse side. Its not intended for outside use but with proper applications of automotive sealer it could be used on auto and everyday outside use on vehicle. Any questions please ask! Mon, 28 Mar 2011David E. Davis Jr., inarguably one of the deans of automotive journalism, died on Sunday, March 27, at age 80. Davis had been suffering from bladder cancer and underwent surgery a few days earlier.
