This listing is for the items pictured.......These are  Original  1960/64 Ford "300" /Galaxie/Mercury Base Monterey PLASTIC lower front bench trim panels/aprons. These will work for base trim Mercury's also.  YES, try finding a pair of these in decent condition. These show a 1960 part # but came out of an all original 1964 Mercury Monterey Marauder 2-dr Fastback Hardtop. (I still have the car) The passengers side has 1 sizable crack (pictured) that could easily be repaired with a meticulous cleaning with alcohol, some finesse and a soldering iron from the backside. The Drivers side shows some wear but no cracks. I wiped them down but used NO silicone in case the buyer wanted to dye them. They have been in the cupboard something like 40 years. 2015 Ford F-150 work to cost more at body shop

The 2015 Ford F-150 pickup that debuted at the Detroit auto show came in weighing about 700 pounds less than its predecessor. That means improved performance and better fuel economy, so that’s a win-win, right? Well, less than 10 percent of independent repair shops are certified, meet training requirements and have the equipment to work with aluminum body parts, according to Darrell Amberson, chairman of the Automotive Service Association.

Volkswagen has started the tease for the Mk 7 Golf R with the new Golf R hidden in a block of ice as a ‘Frozen Beast’ ahead of a Geneva 2013 debut. Now that Volkswagen has the Mk7 Golf in the wild – and the MK 7 VW GTi too – they’re ready to turn the wick up to 11 with the launch of the MK 7 Golf R – or at least the concept version – at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. Volkswagen iBeetle takes iPhone integration to another level

When we’re all walking round with Smartphones that possess the sort of computing power only a major desktop could offer just a few years ago, it makes sense for car makers to tap in to that power to control functionality and Infotainment in their cars. Which is why Volkswagen has rolled out the iBeetle at this week’s Shanghai Motor Show with a level of integration with Smartphones from Apple, and that previews a roll-out of Apple integration from VW, offering far more functionality and control than we’ve seen before. Or at least that’s the VW claim.
