We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS). & United States Postal Service (USPS).

International orders are shipped primarily by USPS.

All orders will ship in 24 hours (except Weekends & Holidays).

Return the item within 7 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:

  • Electrical items are NOT returnable. 
  • Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition
  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.
  • There are few non-returnable products & services that are listed in section below.
  • Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process.

Please note: If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, shipping fees do not apply

Return Procedure: To return a product you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product.

Please let us know which particular item # you would like to return and the reason. You will receive an email with an RMA form attached. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing since in many instances, we have to wait for a manufacturer's response.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products: We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service depart as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 15 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise is returned.

Non Returnable Products & Services: The following products cannot be returned due to manufacturer's policies or their made-to-order custom features:

  • Any item marked as non returnable.
  • Paint costs on painted products (ex. spoilers, body kits, etc)
  • Any custom orders or parts.

Refunds & Credits: After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order. The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

We will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions. We will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product.

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivery shipping company or when you pick the item up, additional charges you may have to pay.

The McLaren P11 has now been named - it will be the McLaren MP4-12C Update 9/9/09: McLaren has now released full details and pictures of the McLaren MP4-12C Update 10/0/09: Ron Dennis talks about the MP4-12c and McLaren Automotive’s future plans. But of course it’s about McLaren history, and more than a passing nod to its F1 heritage. The McLaren F1 cars are all dubbed MP4, but I think we’d prefer to have seen something like McLaren F2.
