OVERHAUL (1) CONTINENTAL, LYCOMING OR AFTER MARKET CYLINDER . THE CYLINDER MUST BE CRACK FREE AND THE BORE AND PARTS MUST MEET MFR'S.SPECIFICATIONS FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. THE CYLINDER IS CLEANED AND INSPECTED AND THE CUSTOMER IS THEN NOTIFIED OF REPAIRS NEEDED.THE VALVE GUIDES ARE REPLACED AS NEEDED.VALVE SEATS ARE REFACED, THE CYLINDER BORE IS RING FINISHED,VALVES ARE LAPPED AND THE CYLINDER IS VACUUM CHECKED FOR LEAKS.THE CYLINDER IS THEN PAINTED. A SERVICEABLE YELLOW TAG IS FURNISHED. NOTE* THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PARTS NEEDED FOR REPAIR OR ADDITIONAL WORK NOT LISTED. A CLEAN/INSPECT FEE WILL APPLY IF THE CYLINDER DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA AND IF RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER A FREIGHT FEE WILL BE CHARGED. REPAIR WORK IS DONE BY AIRCRAFT CYLINDER REPAIR (REPAIR STATION NO. PJ5R121N ).

Fri, 28 Sep 2012Audi showed off the new Crosslane Coupe concept car at the Paris motor show in 2012 - and it's basically the new Q2 in show-car drag. Ingolstadt may call it 'a hybrid study providing pointers to the design language of future Audi Q models,' but very senior execs told CAR it is the new Q2. Audi is preparing a raft even-numbered Q models which will provide a lower slung breed of crossover to the family-oriented Q3/Q5/Q7 set.

Higher speed limits 'save lives'
Fri, 28 Feb 2014AN INCREASE in the speed limits on some roads in Denmark has reduced traffic collisions and cut road deaths. The two-year trial has also found that higher speed limits on motorways have helped lower the number of accidents. The Danish road directorate conducted the trial on rural two-way roads where there had previously been an 80km/h (50mph) speed limit and increased it to 90km/h (56mph).
