This offer is for a Rate of Climb / Vertical Speed Indicator, Kollsman A26877-10-001, as used in the US Navy's P-3 Orion Antisubmarine Aircraft according to US Navy documentation on file. It has a service label from Naval Air Rework Facility Jacksonville (FL) dated Q2-1980. Measures 2in diameter and ~5.5in deep.
It is in nice condition given its age. The dial markings are clear and the glass and case are intact. See photos. Senate releases $350 billion more in bailout money

The money could be the source of additional loans to automakers, auto finance companies and perhaps suppliers. An earlier allocation of $350 billion funded the first installments of emergency loans to General Motors and Chrysler LLC.
