Jaguar's E-Type sculpture unveiled at Goodwood
Thu, 30 Jun 2011As is tradition at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, organizer, Lord March has commissioned a dazzling art piece to dominate the skyline above this year's event. Two years ago, Audi showcased a 1937 Auto Union Streamliner and a R8 V10 as part of its display, whilst last year Alfa Romeo displayed an 8C honouring the brand's centenary. This year it's Jaguar's turn to that take pride of place in front of Goodwood house.
Audi to be honored at Goodwood
Wed, 18 Mar 2009Audi celebrates its 100th anniversary this year, and it's taking the party to this summer's Goodwood Festival of Speed. The German automaker is making big plans to celebrate its centennial this July at the Goodwood House in England, where it will be the featured marque. Audi says Jacky Ickx and Allan McNish will be there to drive.

Tue, 04 Mar 2014The Rolls Royce Ghost Series II (pictured) debuted at Geneva When Rolls Royce gives one of their cars a rare facelift it becomes the ‘Series II’, and that’s exactly what we get at Geneva today with the reveal of the facelift for the Ghost – the Rolls Royce Ghost Series II. Perhaps the most noticeable cosmetic change is the new headlights which make the front look less square and get daytime running lights round the edge,a revised RR grill with slightly more curved uprights, revised bumpers, extra chrome highlights and a new channel running up the bonnet from the Spirit of Ecstacy. Inside, Rolls Royce has added new electric seats in the back which can be angled towards one another, new voice control, and a new touch-sensitive controller for the 102″ Infotainment screen. Extra choices of veneer are now on offer as is even more extended leather.
