Packard door sill plate 1937, 1938 or 1939

This is a door sill plate with incredible detail. It is off of a Packard from, we believe, 1937, 1938 or 1939 (It may fit other models.)  The number - 224307 is cast into the pattern if that helps someone determine its application. It is in nice condition but in need of chrome and paint? enamel? to be perfect.

Buy it for your Packard or frame it and hang it on the wall and admire its beauty. It is hard to imagine that this is merely a car part, it is so beautifully crafted.
