Wed, 29 Jan 2014Porsche Cayman GTS and Boxster GTS variants are expected to be unveiled at the 2014 Beijing Motor Show this year, before the upgraded versions of the German firm’s two-seater coupe and convertible models go on sale in April. According to reports, development work on both cars is now almost complete, with both vehicles gaining a power increase and revised styling over existing Cayman and Boxster models (pictured). Although we’d speculate that most women would consider that every other car awards is exactly that. But just as we did in 2009, we find the 2011 Women’s World Car of the Year Award winners to be in accord with what any panel of knowledgeable car bods would vote for, with the wonderful Citroen DS3 and the exceptional BMW 5-Series tying as winners.

For the Peugeot 508 HRX is exactly what we spied back in February – a high riding 508 Estate with lots of toys; probably best thought of as the 508 Allroad. It gets the same jacked-up suspension as an Audi Allroad and the same butch bits of bodywork to make it look all rufty-tufty; fit for the fight in both the urban and rural jungles.
