Pair of Ford 9 Inch Cut to Length 31 spline axles and hardware.

Exactly the parts shown in the picture.  Axles, PA20set bearings installed, axle retainers, t-bolts and 1/2" wheel studs.

  • Big bearing 9" Ford Axles with 2.5" brake spacing.
  • Flanged 31 spline axle axles have 3.15" tapered bearings installed
  • Axles have 8 inches of inner spline and you can cut the axle down to 2" of inner spline as the minimum.
  • Long axle is 31.75" long with 8 inches of inner spline.
  • Short axle is 29.5" long with 8 inches of inner spline.
  • Axles have three bolt patterns in all axles, 5 x 4.5" small ford, 5 x 4.75" GM and 5 x 5".
  • Hub register size is 2.78" OD.
  • Flange outside diameter is 5.94" OD.
  • 4 bolt axle retainers included for new style big ford (torino) with .375" (3/8") bolt holes
  • 1/2" press in wheel studs included for street or custom wheels.
  • 3/8" t-bolts kits included
  • Axles can be cut to length with a cold saw or abrasive (chop) saw.

Friday in Le Mans: Prerace parade and car show thrills crowds

The 24 Hours of Le Mans doesn't start until Saturday at 3 p.m. French time, but as anyone here will tell you, the festivities began much earlier in the week. On Friday, I had the opportunity to visit the Driver's Parade and car show in downtown Le Mans, a five-hour festival that brings out what appeared to be half the town, plus many race enthusiasts from around the globe.

Hyundai HB20 & HB20X debut in Brazil

Hyundai has debuted the HB20 hatchback and HB20X Crossover at the Sao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil. The Hyundai HB20 – which shares its basic underpinnings with Europe’s i20 – has, say Hyundai, been developed exclusively for the Brazilian market and comes in a choice of nine trim levels and with a choice of a 1.0 litre and 1.6 litre flex fuel engines with a five-speed manual, or an auto option on the 1.6 litre. Changes to the Brazilian HB20 (HB stands for ‘Hyundai Brazil’) include specific setup for Brazilian roads (which can be even worse than ours), cosmetic tweaks to the exterior and a different interior.
