This pair of new exhaust extensions for a 1953 or 1954 Chevrolet are still in the original box. There is some pitting from being on the shelf so long. If you want these for the sound they make then they are great. If you want these for a "show car", then they should be rechromed. They are almost PERFECT.
The opening is oval and is 1 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches. The extension is  9 inches in length. The advertisement on the boxes say that the exhaust extensions are non-corrosive, quality construction, durable, heat-resistant, and a streamlined beauty. The screws for attaching these extensions are also included and are brand new.

McLaren P1 back at the Nurburgring in attack mode

Sat, 19 Oct 2013

The McLaren P1 is back at the Nurburgring looking to set a new record It was brave of Ron Dennis to declare – before the McLaren P1 was anywhere close to finished – that the it would be able to lap the Nurburgring in under 7 minutes. He was obviously very confident his new baby was up to the task but, just like McLaren’s current Formula One car, the P1 seems to be just a bit off the pace. Last month we reported that it seemed the best the McLaren P1 could do at the Nurburgring was a 7:04s – a time McLaren didn’t make official – so we knew McLaren would be back with their laptops and engineers as soon as they’d figured a way to trim those last few seconds.

By Jonny Smith Motor Shows 06 March 2008 16:05 What’s new on Fiat's Geneva Motor Show stand? Amongst the kinky white boots and retro chandeliers Fiat rolled out their eco-loving theme across the whole range with three uncloakings: the fresh Fiorino, 500 Aria concept and Panda Aria prototype. The 500 Aria showcased a Euro 5 friendly 98g/km diesel 1.3 16v Multijet engine with a Stop&Start system (better for emissions, better for premature starter motor wear) and predominantly recycled interior materials.
