For sale is a pair (2) of Slick 4371 magnetos and their harnesses. Both are equipped with impulse couplings. Photos of ID plates provide details for each. According to the engine log these have run 962 hours from factory new and did have the required 500 hour inspection service done. Both were operating within limits when removed and appear in very good condition. It is the buyers responsibility to assess and establish the airworthiness of these components. Wed, 07 Aug 2013The design world remembers Uwe Bahnsen, who passed away on 30 July aged 83. Born in Hamburg, he studied Fine Arts at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste before joining Ford in 1958. His final position at the blue oval was vice president of design, which he held until 1986.
