One Pair of Vintage Aircraft warning lights. Unusual because they have adjusters to dim the light. You turn the bezel to open or close the three triangular light openings behind the red glass lens. Perfect for a hot rod, very different. They have 6 volt bulbs but to change to 12 just requires a bulb change. Use them for turning indicators and dim them for night.

Concept Car of the Week: Dodge Copperhead (1997)

Fri, 04 Oct 2013

"If the Dodge Viper is credited for reinventing the Shelby Cobra, then the Dodge Copperhead should be credited for reinventing a car in the tradition of the Austin Healey 3000" said John E. Herlitz, Chrysler Corporation's product design VP. It's hard to find the simple elegance or the charm of the British roadster in this aggressive full-fat American concept with extra cheese; nonetheless, this snake has a dramatic personality of its own.

Sat, 17 Oct 2009

Thirsty military vehicles in Afghanistan get through 800,000 gallons a day So how on earth do they come up with that figure? Is it a case, as we’ve so often heard in the past, of Governments being ripped off by suppliers charging through the nose simply because the bills are often not checked? They claim not not.

Lexus LF-Gh Concept video preview

Thu, 14 Apr 2011

Lexus LF-Gh Concept - the video Lexus teased us with the LF-Gh Concept ahead of its debut at the New York Motor Show this month, and this week dropped a pile of LF-Gh photos and some outline information on us. And we were a bit dismissive. A bit dismissive because we were expecting/hoping for something more than a concept which points the way to the next generation GS, which is what we’ve actually got.
