Parallax Battery Disconnect Relay Br100 on 2040-parts.com
Homer, Michigan, United States
BR100 is a solenoid type of high current relay that is typically used to
isolate either house or engine batteries from the electrical system
they are connected to. This is done to prevent complete battery
discharge in long storage periods. It can also be used to isolate
batteries in banks to aid in charging or keeping reserve power. The
electrical ratings are 12V DC, 100 amperes continuous, 300 amperes for
surges up to 30 seconds. Mounting brackets must be connected to 12V
negative. The BR100 has two 10 ampere DC fused "accessory" circuits;
one on the battery side and one on 12V system side.

Sat, 30 Mar 2013The all-new MINI – the third generation of the new MINI – is due later in 2013 and will be getting a more mainstream dashboard. Whatever you may think of the ‘new’ MINI – the one BMW make – it’s been a huge success. And it’s been a huge success because it’s managed to evoke the spirit of the original Issigonis Mini without being a pastiche.
Renault Clio Expression Eco: A perfect commuter car
Sun, 15 May 2011Renault Clio Expression Eco - makes any electric car seem profligate We hear so much about how electric cars make the perfect commuter car. They can manage to do a fifty or sixty mile round trip a day, don’t need a tax disc and – for those going in to London every day – there’s no congestion charge to pay. There’s also the negligible cost of electricity to charge the car (for now, at least) and the zero emissions at the point of use.
