Tue, 26 Jul 2011CD Players in Ford Cars are no more I’m not old enough to remember when cars came with valve radios, but I am old enough to remember when many cars didn’t even get a radio. I’m also old enough to remember when the music source of choice in a car was the 8-track tape machine. And actually, for in-car use, 8-tracks were great.

The car will be formally shown at the 2008 Los Angeles motor show and this is only the second photograph of the new cabrio that goes on sale next summer. It’s the convertible version of the G37 Coupe (read our first drive here) and, like its 3-series target, uses a folding hard-top roof.
Toyota recalls Highlander and Lexus hybrids, IS and GS sedans
Wed, 04 Sep 2013Toyota announced two recalls on Wednesday that include 369,000 vehicles worldwide, 235,000 of which are in the United States. The hybrids have a problem with a transistor, while the 3.5-liter V6 is having problems with its variable valve timing control device. The first recall includes Highlander Hybrid models from 2006-2010 and the Lexus RX 400h from 2006-2008.
