This listing features a 1982 Diesel Volkswagen Jetta.  I will sell it complete, or I will sell parts off of it.  If you are interested in purchasing vehicle whole, PLEASE message me to determine what has been sold off vehicle since pics were last taken!  It has many good salvageable parts & I would prefer to part it out as I believe it is beyond saving.  I'm not my very motivated to sell vehicle complete, should be pretty obvious to most from price...hehe.  Hey, its worth more in parts though, and condition is everything!

Check out the pictures to see condition and completeness, as of posting, this thing is mostly still all there!

Please message me with any parts requests & we can set up a Buy-It-Now listing on here for you!

CONDITION:  There is at least one wheel that is froze up.  Plastic wheel well arches are being sold separately.  No battery.

There is (currently) no title with this car, but we are attempting to locate it. The car can currently be purchased WHOLE with a bill of sale. Please message for details.

We are currently parting out numerous older Volkswagens (and the occasional non-VW), please write with your parts requests, thanks.

This is a salvage vehicle and is being sold for parts only.  It is not operational or street legal.  Therefore, upon purchase, it will need to be either towed or put on a trailer.  This item is NOT eligible for the eBay Motors Vehicle Purchase Protection Program.

Zhong Boguang: China's first generation auto designer

Tue, 12 Jul 2011

Zhong Boguang is one of the first designers to emerge in a country that has seen its importance augment considerably in recent times. But well before China became the biggest market for motor vehicles in the world, Boguang was obsessed with the pursuit of his car design dreams. During his 34-year career, he was involved in and witnessed the development of the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC), served as chief designer for China's first rotary engine cars and MPVs, been the design manager for the technology center in the first domestic automotive joint venture, and was the first person to launch strategic research in domestic automotive design.

Sebastian Vettel takes delivery of his eponymous Infiniti FX Vettel Edition

Tue, 02 Jul 2013

Sebastian Vettel `(pictured) takes delivery of his Infiniti FX Vettel Edition The Infiniti FX50 is Infiniti’s take on the Porsche Cayenne, so we suppose the FX Vettel Edition, with extra power and titivations, should be compared to the Cayenne GTS. But unlike the Cayenne GTS, the Infiniti FX Vettel Edition is a very limited edition car – just 200 are being built – and costs an eye-watering amount of money – £100,000. For your £100k you get an Infiniti FX50 that’s had a raft of titivations to let Vettel reach a higher top speed on his regular joints up the Autobahn in Germany, as well as cosmetic additions to justify the price.

Volvo C30, Ford Focus fare well in insurance-group crash tests

Tue, 21 Jul 2009

Four two-door cars received the highest safety rating in frontal crashes and two received that rating for side collisions in recent testing by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The institute gave its "good" rating in side crashes to the Volvo C30 and two-door Ford Focus. Those vehicles, along with the two-door Honda Civic and Chevrolet Cobalt, also received "good" ratings for frontal collisions, the non-profit group funded by auto insurers said.
