Held at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores, MI, proceeds from the event help provide financial support for aid to the visually impaired through the Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology. EyesOn Design is a celebration of automotive design; a craft that leaves an indelible imprint on the world around us, and one that was explored across a host of exhibition categories at this year's event – most notably with cars from the movies and TV shows.
Ford Focus RS rolls off the production line

Long awaited, and much anticipated, the Focus RS is going to be available in 20 countries throughout Europe, with its biggest markets being Germany and the UK. 2012 Jeep Compass and Patriot to be recalled for fuel-tank problem
Fri, 06 Apr 2012Chrysler is recalling nearly 1,700 all-wheel-drive-equipped 2012 Jeep Patriot and 2012 Jeep Compass SUVs for a possible defect in the fuel system. In certain affected vehicles, a valve designed to prevent fuel leakage in the event of a rollover can leak. This is due to damage sustained in testing at the facility where they were manufactured.
