MSRP is $69, YOU SAVE $30!!!

This PB-HS Set of boot guards by Boot Dr.™ is made of premium stainless steel.  These guards quickly and easily install on all Harley-Davidson® Motorcycles with STANDARD, OEM PASSENGER footboards. (these guards will NOT fit on "Swept Wing" style passenger boards such as Aileron or Streamliner)

These guards are designed specifically for HD SOFTAIL MODEL CYCLES and feature an interior edge and heel section guard.  They prevent your passenger's boot heel from melting all over your hot exhaust and the heel section priovides a comfortable resting spot and pivot point!!  Both guards also provide a stylish trim for the back of both of your passenger footboards, while also ensuring that your exhaust will always look shiny & clean.  Installation is a very easy, and takes only 30 minutes or less.  You simply remove your mounting bracket with the footboards still attached, drill 2 small holes on the BACK SIDE of the casting and then attach the guards with 2 self-tapping screws, which are included in the kit.  These guards also feature a special Softail NOTCH in the middle of the guard, so you can fold them up when not in use and they won't hit the mounting bracket.

All of the necessary hardware & simple installation instructions are included in the original factory packaging.

Future Audis may time traffic lights for you

Tue, 11 Mar 2014

Here's a trick efficiency-chasing hypermilers have been using for years: spotting the cycles of stoplights from 100 to 200 yards out and letting the car coast up to the light just before it turns green, then carrying on without ever letting the car come to a complete stop. These hypermilers, along with professional truck drivers, do this because they know that accelerating from a standstill burns the greatest amount of fuel, and because letting a car coast up to the light with the automatic transmission downshifting by itself is easier on the transmission than stomping on the brakes right beneath the stoplight. Oh, and it's easier on the brake pads as well.

The move is aimed at boosting sales, which have fallen 45.9 percent this year through February at Ford Motor and 39.4 percent industrywide as the U.S.

Mercedes accidentally publishes the first 2014 Mercedes S-Class photo

Wed, 01 May 2013

The image has since been removed, but not before it escaped in to the wild to give us our first official view of the new S Class, a car which has always set new standards in equipment and safety with each new launch, and the 2014 S Class will be no different. What will be different is the range of models we expect to arrive in the next few years, from standard and long wheelbase S Class through an S Class Coupe, S Class Convertible and a super-luxury S Class Pullman, which will effectively replace Mercedes’ failed Maybach adventure. The new S Class looks less bulbous than its current incarnation, with the bulging rear wheel arches gone and a slimmer look all round.
