Performance Cummins Exhaust Manifold 12 Valve on 2040-parts.com

this is a industrial style manifold that i built for the 12 valve 5.9L cummins engine.  (commonly used when doing cummins swaps into other applications/vehicles) I call this manifold the Annihilator Manifold. this manifold fixes the issues that i have found with the stock and aftermarket cast manifolds currently available on the market.  the manifold is hand fabricated start to finish.  it is made from mild steel so there is no issues with stress cracks forming over time and it can handle high sustained egts without loosing its strength properties. the base flange is .5" mild steel cnc plasma cut, while the runners are 1.5" schedule 40 mild steel so hanging large turbo chargers from it is easily and reliably done. This manifold has a divided t3 flange for the turbo inlet.  external gate flanges can easily be added to it due to it being mild steel. the manifold will come painted black and will have studs in the turbo flange.  There are no returns on these custom Fabricated Manifolds.  I check the fitment on a engine that i have in my shop to make sure that everything bolts up correctly from the manifold to the head and turbo to the manifold so there will be no issues. thank you very much for your time. if you are looking to have a custom manifold fabricated please send me a message. i make several different styles and can do custom placement setups as well. i also make equal length headers for these diesels that have held up perfectly for almost three years of everyday use and still look new.
