Unlike Detroit, which generated a lot of hype for what turned out to be not as much new product as we'd hoped, the Geneva show was a true return to form, with all new vehicles occupying various different market segments making their debuts. The 2010 Monaco Grand Prix Update: Michael Schumacher’s late move to pass Alonso to take 6th on the last corner after the safety car went in has been deemed illegal by stewards. Schumacher gets a 20 second penalty and drops back to 12th. Which probably made drivers’ steward for this race, Damon Hill, smile.

Honda has shown a solitary picture of the new CR-V crossover. This is a concept car of the 4x4 that will be shown at the Orange County International Auto Show in Anaheim, California in September 2011. It's clearly not far removed from what will become the fourth-generation Honda CR-V, which is due to go on sale in the US by the end of 2011 and in Europe by autumn 2012.
