12" BRASS PERKO FOG BELL, INCLUDING WALL BRACKET and ARM.
The bell has NEVER been used, nor assembled. It is NEW, and it does NOT have any defects and it includes everything we originally received from the manufacturer -- but we did purchase it a few years ago, so although it is still in its ORIGINAL box, the original box is WORN from being stored in our storage unit and the brass is a little TARNISHED from sitting in the box in our storage unit for the last few years. (see photos) The wall mount and arm are still in their ORIGINAL factory sealed packaging. And I did open up and look at the (originally factory sealed) instructions, just to confirm that the instructions were in fact included, and the instructions were unfolded and re-folded numerous times. (In the photo, you can see where the instructions were removed from the middle area of the wall bracket and arm packaging.) The original CERTIFICATE is included, and has also been unfolded and re-folded numerous times, but has never been filled out with any vessel information.
