Its tacky lubricating film forms a protective coating during assembly and critical start-up and wear-in periods. Permatex(R) Ultra Slick™ Engine Assembly Lube base oils are highly refined and fortified with a unique blend of extreme pressure (EP) additives. These additives enhance and sustain the anti-scuffing, galling and wear-in properties of the product.

The company, based in Gaydon, Warwickshire, said it today launched a consultation with the unions to cut 300 permanent jobs and 300 temporary posts – out of a total of 1850 employees.
