This is a Polka Dot and Chevron Design.  Customized with your text. Can be done in almost any color combination.  These are made using a special transfer process.  Image is printed into the surface of the aluminum.  Will not wash or peel off! Our plates are scratch resistant and contain a UV coating for protection. Please enter the initials(first, Last, middle initials) you would like on your tag in the "note to seller" box when placing your order.(With monograms the last name initial is usually bigger in the middle). Font shown is (Monogram). Colors can be changed, just ask. A proof of the design will be sent (after you purchase) for your approval. We want you to be happy with your purchase!!!

If we have not received your info for any reason and are unable to contact you, we will send you the main tag in the listing you have purchased "as it is" in the listing.
