MODE OF SHIPPING

Low value / low weight items are sent through postal service . This takes a longer time. In case buyer needs the item urgently, please check with us for an additional transportation cost .

High value / high weight items will be shipped through a suitable international courier service either on “ECONOMY” or “PRIORITY/EXPRESS” basis , depending upon the `cost of transporation . This generally takes 4 to 10 days to deliver, depending upon destination and type of service.

RETURNS

We accept returns – either money back or replacement .

WARRANTY

We do extend a 14 day warranty for our products. How ever , we assume a limited warranty obligation . We should not be held for any consequential damage , arising out of failure of a particular item supplied by us. Our legal obligation is limited to giving a replacement of the defective item / refund cost . The fees collected by paypal and e-bay are non-refundable. In case of a replacement , we shall not charge these fees to the buyer.
