Jaguar to re-create Lightweight E-type

Jaguar is embarking on its first ever re-creation project, and we think collectors will be pleased. The company plans to build six brand-new Lightweight E-types. They will fill in the missing six chassis numbers from the car's original planned run of 18 units in 1963.

Paper tax discs will soon be scrapped forever, but a survey of drivers has found that a half are clueless about the new rules. The survey, of more than 1,000 people, suggests that the DVLA has failed to efficiently inform motorists of the changes – despite them coming in from the 1 October 2014. Video: Targa Newfoundland claims a Ferrari Enzo

While competing in the 2011 Targa Newfoundland Rally, driver Zahir Rana crashed his highly customized Ferrari Enzo into the Atlantic Ocean. Both Rana and his navigator, Roland Linder, were unharmed in the incident, and the vehicle appears to be in good cosmetic shape despite its submerged state. With an infinitely better attitude than most, Rana and Linder expressed their perspective on competitive risks and their outlooks on returning to racing.
