Thu, 24 Nov 2011Guangzhou Auto Corp has released these images of the production Trumpchi GS5 SUV. Based on the Alfa Romeo 166 platform, and derived from the 2009 concept X-power, the production SUV was be unveiled at this year's Guangzhou motor show. The Trumpchi SUV mixes the aesthetics of the two-year old X-power and the new Trumpchi sedan.
Lexus prices the CT 200h at $29,995
Wed, 15 Dec 2010Lexus Division said today it will price its entry-luxury CT 200h hybrid hatchback at $29,995, including destination charges, when it goes on sale in March. The CT 200h uses a version of the powertrain used in the Toyota Prius, and rides on the same platform as the more expensive Lexus HS 250h sedan. Lexus claims the vehicle will get 42 mpg in the combined driving cycle.
Chevrolet Trax revealed ahead of Paris Motor Show debut
Mon, 13 Aug 2012The Chevrolet Trax – the Chevrolet take on the Vauxhall Mokka – has been revealed ahead of a debut at the Paris Motor Show in September. We reported a few months ago that we could expect the Chevrolet Trax at the Paris Motor Show, but ahead of that reveal Chevrolet has sent us some photos of the Trax and a few details. Effectively the Chevrolet take on the Opel and Vauxhall Mokka (and, for that matter, the Buick Encore), the Trax gets a a Chevy makeover for the front and back and the required rebadging.
