The drawer that slides out is not working - please see photos for details
Brand:Pioneer Manufacturer Part Number:GEX-P10XMT Bundled Items:Antenna Extension Cord UPC:Does not apply

A friend who travels a lot removed this system from his old car and gave it to me to sell.  He said everything works but on the drawer that slides out with the screen, the white plastic gear and tape in the bottom of the drawer are broken.  He thought it would be an easy fit for those in the know.

The DVD is a 2012 update for the navigation system.  I had him plug all the wires in the various components since I am unfamiliar with these systems but he said he never used the antenna extension cord which often sell on its own for over $20.

Photo # 5 shows the bottom of the drawer with the issues. Instruction books are included.

Feel free to ask questions, but I may not know the answer and have to check with him on details.

He did say that you don't need a phone to operate the GPS system, that it is built in.

Hyundai i10 Electric introduced

Fri, 04 Sep 2009

The all electric Hyundai i10 will show at Frankfurt (click for bigger image) This is a bit of a surprise from Hyundai, as they’d always said they would concentrate on hybrids until hydrogen fuel cell technology was advanced enough to make it viable in a budget car. But Hyundai are being pragmatic. There is a desire from the public for all electric cars – however misplaced that may be – and Hyundai aren’t going to be left out.

Renault Clio

Tue, 03 Jul 2012

This is the new, fourth-generation Renault Clio and the first production car to feature the brand's new design language under Laurens van den Acker. Its grille and lamp graphics are a clear relation to the Dezir concept first shown in Paris 2010, while the rear feature lines and lamps have shades of the Captur concept. The new Clio will only be available in five-door format although its rear door handles are hidden in its C-pillars.

Jaguar Land Rover has opened a new 'Virtual Reality Center' at the Design and Engineering Center in Gaydon, UK. The 'state-of-the-art' design facility draws on advanced audio visual technologies with the projection power of the world's highest resolution projectors to significantly speed up product development cycles following an investment of £2 million. The new Virtual Reality Center allows engineers and designers to see and interact with life-size, three-dimensional models of vehicles and components, reducing the need for physical prototypes.
