REINFORCED CONE STRUCTURE Pioneer’s IMPP Composite Cone is newly re-designed to deliver a durable cone structure for accurate, yet powerful bass. The subwoofer now provides a single piece cone and drive cone, in addition to a lightweight and rigid dust cap. This combination offers more rigidity throughout the cone versus competitors in its class. An extremely durable, yet lightweight cone is vital to prevent cone failure at high sound pressure levels.
SINGLE PIECE BASKET The TS-W311D4 utilizes a highly rigid, fully-enclosed, single piece basket, derived from our world-record holding SPL competition subwoofers, to help minimize the vibration throughout the subwoofer and increase the driving force to the cone, producing louder and rhythmical bass. Improved stiffness of the basket provides for less sound leaks creating more clear and powerful bass.
NEW SPIDER ASSEMBLY
With the TS-W311D4, engineers re-designed the spider assembly to allow the subwoofer to produce more accurate and rich bass. Taking notes from our high-end SPL competition and Reference Series speakers, the spider is now assembled onto the spider holder rather than directly on to the basket. Since the cone is also assembled onto the basket which can cause additional vibration, the independent structure of the spider holder helps minimize vibration coming from the cone. This improves playback response, sound outline, and provides high linearity.
COOLING AND VENTILATION All fast moving parts and friction will create heat and too much heat creates unwanted audio results. The TS-W311D4 is designed with ventilation holes to improve air flow and release heat keeping the piston cool for better performance.

NOTE: We advise that you retain all factory screws or other fasteners when removing the factory speakers as these may be necessary when installing your new aftermarket speakers. Depending upon vehicle configuration, other fasteners may be required.

Domestic Orders
Volunteer Audio ships via USPS and UPS. The choice of shipping service depends upon the weight of the item.
We strive to ship out all orders within 24 – 48 hours (Monday – Friday) of the transaction being completed.
You have the option to upgrade the shipping method if you choose.
A signature is required upon delivery of all orders valued over $300.
International Orders
Buyer is presented with shipping options at checkout and is responsible for all customs fees in addition to shipping charges.
If you choose First-Class Mail (the least expensive) it may take up to 60 business days (and possibly longer) for the item to be delivered.
There is no tracking service provided for First-Class international shipments; there is only a customs number that informs when the item leaves the United States.

At Volunteer Audio we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. If for some reason you aren't happy with an item you purchased and want to return it, we make returns, refunds, and exchanges easy.
Any complete, like-new item returned within 60 days may be returned for a full refund less our shipping costs. However, we do make an exception regarding shipping costs for items found to be defective or damaged at the time of your purchase’s delivery.
You must call Volunteer Tech Support (1-844-302-8346, Ext. 4) for authorization before returning any defective items.
Defective or damaged items may be replaced or refunded. If you receive a small broken part we will require a picture of the damage prior to shipping a replacement. If you receive a defective electronic item it will have to be returned to us prior to sending the replacement.
Return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility (just like if you bought a defective item at a local store you would have to drive to take the item back). Within 60 days of purchase, we will pay shipping costs to send a replacement item to you.
After 60 days, we warranty the item for up to 1 year. Buyer will pay all shipping costs from days 61–365. All returned items must include the original packaging and all contents (packaging material, adapters, harnesses, manuals, etc.)
If returned items are not in like-new condition, Volunteer Audio reserves the right to refuse a return, or charge a restocking fee. The new Vauxhall Meriva is opening up entry to the suicide door club – previously the preserve of Rolls-Royces and Mazda sports cars. Unveiled today, the new Meriva mini-MPV premieres GM’s FlexDoor technology, designed to make it easier to climb in and out. Or just show off in the car park (delete according to your personal scepticism).Although available on one side of the Mini Clubman, the Meriva promises to democratise the suicide door, with prices from around £14,000 when UK sales start in June 2010.The rear-hinged back doors open to nearly 90deg and are claimed to help ease access to the Meriva – a promise we’ll check out when we sit in it at the 2010 Geneva motor show.
