Up for bid is a set of flyers and price information from PIPs! Mostly info on their vintage helmets and steering wheels. These helmets have gotten extremely collectable in recent years! Just a great collection of great photos and info to add to your collection of bobber/chopper helmets. Is used but appears to be in good condition. Infiniti EX35
Fri, 24 Aug 2007The EX35 is a slightly smaller and more mainstream SUV than its FX bigger brother from which it takes its core 'coupe SUV' theme. Despite the coupe design references, the vehicle is similar proportionally to the Lexus RX300 and BMW X3 which it will compete with in the US - and also in Europe when the Infiniti brand debuts next year. Little different to the Infiniti EX concept shown in New York, the EX35 uses the core Infiniti graphic design signatures and soft form language but introduces a new flowing side feature line not seen on the Infiniti G37 Coupe launched a few months ago. Interesting technical innovations include the 'Around View Monitor' that uses four cameras to give a 'top-down view' of the outside of the car, and 'Scratch Shield' - a new self-healing clearcoat paint. Michelin Challenge Design Selects Designs for 2009 NAIAS
Tue, 16 Sep 2008The Michelin Challenge Design Jury met in July at Art Center College of Design and selected the designs that will be displayed next January at the 2009 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) at the Cobo Center in Detroit. The entrants were challenged to create vehicles in support of the central theme ‘BRAVE+BOLD'; America's Next Iconic Vehicle. The designs were evaluated for uniqueness, emotional appeal, design courage and technical execution.
