TO CELEBRATE the milestone of 500,000 sales over three decades, Fiat has launched a special edition of its current generation Panda 4x4. Badged ‘Antarctica’ the car boasts extra standard kit plus some unique design features and is limited to 300 examples. Available from March and priced from £14,895 the special edition Panda is, unsurprisingly, being offered in white while the car’s stand-out details include a black roof, orange detailing and 15-inch alloy wheels.

Mary Kay goes Mustang

Well-to-do Mary Kay ladies might be setting their sights on black Ford Mustangs in lieu of the brand's signature pink Cadillacs. The cosmetics company unveiled the Mustang as its newest incentive car at its annual seminar at the Dallas Convention Center. Mary Kay will still loan the famous Cadillacs to sales directors who sell in the top tier of $100,000 a year or more.

Hyundai ix35 Hydrogen FCEV arrives in the UK

The first Hyundai ix35 Hydrogen FCEVs hit the road in London (pictured) The Hyundai ix35 FCEV is the world’s first hydrogen powered production car (although production is very limited at the moment) and the first five ix35 FCEVs are about to hit London’s roads. The hydrogen-powered ix35s are part of the London Hydrogen Network Expansion (LNHE) project which aims to build acceptance of hydrogen powered vehicles and build a proper hydrogen transport infrastructure, initially on London and the south east. Hyundai are actually planning to build 1,000 ix35 FCEVs over thye next couple of years, but the majority of those will be heading for Europe where the EU has a number of projects running to promote hydrogen use for road vehicles.
