Vauxhall Corsa Black Edition revealed with new 1.4 litre turbo
Fri, 22 Jun 2012Vauxhall has launched a new limited edition Corsa – the Black Edition – featuring a new 1.4 litre Turbo petrol with 118bhp. The Vauxhall Corsa Black Edition is, say Vauxhall, initially limited to just 500 units. Which does tend to suggest that if it sells, the Black Edition will join the regular Corsa Range.
College Exhibition: RCA/VW - Day and Night
Fri, 14 Mar 2008Vehicle Design students at the Royal College of Art in London, UK, started work on a project sponsored by Volkswagen in October last year. Asked to research and visualize future market sectors and the needs, aspirations and desires of potential users; VW's brief to the students was to create a vehicle which had an innovative, integrated interior to reflect the research the students conducted, in a space that had equal value both in the daytime and at night. The brief also called for new space concepts for the person/machine interface through new functions and new packaging of components.

Driving through lovely, crumbly Turin, and out into the zona industriale towards Pininfaina's Cambiano base, the fear strikes: what if the car's a disappointment? What if it's simply some unremarkable supermini – maybe even an electric one?
