VW planning sub compact SUV / Crossover below Tiguan
Thu, 08 Dec 2011VW planning Juke competitor Volkswagen has revealed they are planning a compact SUV / Crossover to sit below the Tiguan. Just last week Volkswagen revealed the Cross Coupe, a compact hybrid SUV, smaller than a Tiguan but bigger than a Golf. And now VW design boss Walter de Silva has revealed VW are planning a sub-compact SUV.
New Porsche 911 Club Coupe revealed
Sat, 26 May 2012New Porsche 911 Club Coupe - just 13 being made Porsche built its first car in 1948 and it took just four years for the very first Porsche Club to arrive - Porsche Club Westfalen. To celebrate 60 years of Porsche Clubs, Porsche is building a very limited edition 911 – the Porsche 911 Club Coupe – which will be revealed at the opening of a special exhibition at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart tomorrow – 26th May 2012 – and just thirteen 911 Club Coupes are being built. Although the collaboration between Porsche Clubs and Porsche Exclusive will yield thirteen cars just twelve will be up for grabs and they will be allocated by ballot, with the thirteenth car staying in the Porsche Museum.
Subaru BRZ: Increased supply for UK market
Wed, 31 Jul 2013There will be more Subaru BRZs (pictured) in the UK The Toyota GT86, and it’s Subaru BRZ sibling, have been a big hit in the UK, and around the world, with lovers of (almost affordable) sports cars that aren’t overloaded by tech and weight. But until now the BRZ version of the Japanese sports car has been in reactively short supply as Toyota takes the vast majority of production to fill its customers needs, but for those who’d prefer to take the slightly left-field BRZ route, there’s good news. Subaru has announced that they are increasing the supply of BRZs in to the UK market which means car buyers with a hankering should now be able to get a new BRZ in 2-6 weeks (depending on spec and colour).
